Around 8:30 AM, I received a call for help with National Board R repair job that couldn’t be completed due to the unavailability of “Repaired by” R stamp plates. The person responsible for managing the company’s plate R plate stock was out of the country and unreachable. Rather than risk further delay looking for the plates they decided to seek my assistance.

The question was simple. “Dominic, could you make us a dozen new plates today?”

The answer was equally as simple. “Yes.”
